1. Can I join the club if I have never skated before?
Yes! LEDOLINK is open to all adults – whether you’re trying skating for the very first time, a beginner, or already an advanced skater. For Vilnius training, you can book single skating sessions or monthly memberships HERE. For Kaunas, please contact us directly.

2. What age group can join?
Anyone 18+ is welcome. There is no upper age limit – it’s never too late to learn how to skate!

3. How often are the trainings?
Trainings take place several times a week, both on-ice and off-ice. You can choose a subscription or single sessions depending on your schedule and goals. Schedule of training might be found HERE.

4. Where do trainings take place?
On-ice trainings are held in Pramogų arena in Vilnius and Kaunas Ice Palace in Kaunas. With an individual training plan, you can practice at any rink convenient for you. We also occasionally organize trips to natural ice or other cities.

5. How long is each training session?
On-ice: 45 minutes.
Off-ice: 55 minutes.

6. Do I need my own skates?
Yes, having your own skates is recommended. Beginners can also start with rental skates.

7. Do I need special clothing?
The most important thing is to wear warm, comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Gloves and sportswear are recommended.

8. Can I join in the middle of the season?
Yes, as long as there are spots available in a group. You can always try a single session first. For Vilnius training, you can book single skating sessions or monthly memberships HERE. For Kaunas, please contact us directly.

9. What physical preparation is required?
No special preparation is needed for beginners – trainings are adapted to your level. General fitness will help you learn movements faster and keep your balance on ice.

10. Are trainings only on ice?
No! We also offer off-ice trainings to build strength, flexibility, and coordination, as well as theory lessons and community events.

11. Can I participate in competitions or performances?
Yes! There are opportunities to join shows and amateur competitions both in Lithuania and abroad. Participation is optional, but it’s a fun way to gain experience and motivation. We also organize competition LEDOLINK CUP in Lithuania, please join us!
