LEDOLINK Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Ledolink.lt website, the purchase of goods, and the provision of services. By using our website and purchasing goods or services, you agree to comply with all conditions set forth in this document. Ledolink provides products, services, training, and events as described on the website. Ledolink reserves the right to change offers, prices, and service conditions at any time without prior notice, but undertakes to fulfill confirmed orders according to the terms valid at the time of purchase.
1. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Registration for any Ledolink service – training sessions, consultations, online classes, individual plans, events, or other activities – can only be made through the official website ledolink.lt.
Payments and invoicing
All payments are made online via credit/debit card (using the Stripe platform) or by bank transfer. A payment is considered valid only once the funds are received in the Ledolink account. Services are provided only after full payment has been received. An invoice is sent to the client’s email address immediately after payment.
Cancellations and refunds
Single training sessions and memberships: Payments are non-refundable if the participant does not attend.
Online consultations: Consultations may be rescheduled once within 30 days of purchase if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Payments are non-refundable.
Individual training plans: Can only be canceled before the initial consultation with the coach. As the plan is tailored individually, no refunds are issued after the plan is created.
Event, camp, and seminar tickets: Non-refundable under applicable law, unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Personalized products (e.g., with names or other customization): Non-refundable unless defective or not matching the order.
Non-personalized products: May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item is defective.
The service provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training or other services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as ice rink unavailability, weather conditions, or other factors beyond its control. In such cases, notice will be given via email, and affected clients may rebook the service or receive a refund for the canceled session.
Client responsibility
Clients must provide accurate and complete information during registration, make timely payments, comply with service rules, and refrain from actions that may harm Ledolink or third parties. Ledolink reserves the right to refuse services or cancel orders due to inappropriate behavior or inaccurate information.
2. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified during ordering within the indicated timeframe. Delivery conditions and fees are displayed during checkout. The company is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or third-party delivery services but will make every effort to resolve issues.
3. Liability and Disclaimer
Assumption of risk: By participating in training or other services, you acknowledge that figure skating and related activities involve physical effort and inherent risk. You accept full responsibility for your participation and any injuries. The service provider is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Health condition: Participants must inform the coach of any health issues that may affect their ability to participate safely.
Consent: By purchasing and attending sessions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including assumption of risk. A separate signed consent is not required.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is securely stored on our platform. We are committed to protecting your information and using it only for the purpose of delivering services. For details, please see our Privacy Policy at www.ledolink.lt/privacy-policy.
5. Conduct and Etiquette
All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards other skaters, coaches, arena staff, and visitors. Participants must follow the rules of the ice rink or facility where training or services take place.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Offending participants may be removed without refund. Please notify the coach of any issues or concerns during a session.
It is important to arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the coach may refuse entry to the session. Repeated tardiness, inappropriate behavior, or breaches of these Terms may result in termination of participation without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on ledolink.lt, including logos, images, and materials, belongs to Ledolink and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
7. Photography, Video/Audio Recording, and Promotion
The service provider may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. By purchasing services, participants consent to the use of their image for such purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the service provider in writing. Recording or photographing sessions without permission is prohibited.
8. Changes
The service provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified in writing of significant changes. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, or if unresolved, in Lithuanian courts.
